National Foundation "Global Bulgaria" is a non-government, non-profit and non-political organisation, started in 2005 with the aim of aiding and promoting the integration of Bulgaria in the global community. Since then we have established an extensive network of partners from all over the world and have finished more than 180 projects in humanitarian, educational and cultural segments. Thus we are proud to be able to rely on a network of volunteers and helping associates in order to continue our work in helping people in need on one hand, and on the other promoting Bulgaria internationally.
We support the deeper integration of the European Union into a more coherent union, the equality of people in all of its aspects and the preservation of nature and cultural heritage in all of its forms.

Yes, you can apply as a volunteer in your regional branch and we have working agreements with them so you can come to Bulgaria or go to other countries we us. Therefore, our vision is to connect people with communities in need, with a particular focus on vulnerable women and children. We do this by supporting the work of local community organizations in countries through the placement of international volunteers.
Yes, we provide grants and financing for high school and university students for studies in Bulgaria for up to 1 year, offering them the option to work in the spare time in our charitable foundation.
